Crawfish, BBQ, Cajun Music,
Breathtaking Wildflowers & Two Wineries

A 9am departure from Grape Vine Market. This year's wildflowers promise to be the most spectacular in years. Kick back and enjoy the scenery while participating in an on board "basic in wine tasting" seminar while en route throughout the day.

The first stop is Lost Creek Vineyards, one of our newest and most picturesque Hill Country wineries. They've produce award-winning wines from their very first vintage and there is no looking back. Lost Creek is also introducing a new wine to the Texas industry, Blanc du Bois.

The Llano Crawfish Open is next on the agenda, for a couple hours of Cajun cooking, music, and Hill Country fresh air with the river and live oaks as your backdrop. You know, you can learn a lot about a person by the way they tear apart and consume a "mud bug." Entrance to the Crawfish Open is free. Single plates are $8.50, or a "beer flat" (feeds three to four) for $20.

Once your back on the bus, there ain't no time to "fais do-do" (Cajun for: go to sleep). On the way home we'll stop at Spicewood Vineyards where you'll get an informative wine tour down into their underground cellar and then out into the vineyard.
