Wine Tours
Connecting Texas wine newcomers and veterans with winery owners,
activities, and accommodations that fit the client's desires, budget,
and skill level. Wine tasting seminars are conducted while en route to
each winery.There is a White, Red, and Dessert Wine seminar covering
tasting techniques while pairing each wine varietal with food, fruit,
and cheese serve on an individual hor'dourve plates (Seminar
Menu example). Our patrons see, and occasionally participate
in the wine making process. Most tours include pairing a winery's
wine with a sit down "family style" luncheon (a
typical menu).
Event Tours
Delivering you safely to and from Corporate functions, Food and Wine Festivals,
Cook-offs, Wurstfest, Oktoberfest, Jazz Festivals, Rattlesnake Roundups,
Sporting events, etc. We always take into account that getting there
can be just as fun!
Corporate and Private Wine
Dinner & Hor'dourve Parties
Why go join the crowds at a local restaurant? Try something
different. Have a private wine dinner (or hor'dourve party) at one
of our Texas wineries, your home, or at a number of beautiful Texas
Hill Country venues.
With nearly 55 years of combined experience in the food service
industry (please listen to my Bio below), I've teamed up with Beverley
Stewart of "Through the Grapevine Catering."
We handle every detail. Our wine seminars are a great way to loosen
things up for a great party that everyone will never forget. (Hor'dourve

Custom Tours
We arrange professional charters through licensed and fully insured
companies. Complete agendas including music, presentations, activities,
dining, hotels, bed & breakfast inns, and on board celebrations
can be arranged in advance. Please inquire about our list of guest
and eco ranches that will accommodate up to 100 people for one day
up to a week.

All my friends consider me a gregarious guy with a zest for
wine, food, and fun (obvious from the moment you meet me).
I actually thought of starting Texas Grape & Green Tours
back in ÃÂ92, but the Texas wine industry just wasn't quite
ready. I have almost 30 years experience in the restaurant
industry. Seven years were spent in Las Vegas managing two
high profile restaurants: Aureole at the Mandalay Bay Casino
(winner of the 2000 Wine Spectator's Grand Award),
and the Palm Restaurant at Caesar's Forum Shops.
Now I'm back home in Texas, ready to meet new friends and
experience as much fun as this state can offer.
